    One tablespoon of raw honey is 60 calories, 17 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of sugar. It contains many amino acids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes, too.

    The exact composition of raw honey varies depending on the plants the bees collected nectar from.

    Sweet sunnah shifa

    Alhamdulilah so grateful to The Raw kitchen for this valuable local source of honey. Natural healing has always been in the sunnah and more people are looking for natural and holistic ways to heal. Medicines and tablets when required are important but do have side effects. Natural shifa/healing foods are best for longterm usage. Looking forward to when the magnesium cream will be available! it's always sold out Ma'sha'Allah
