Acacia is a monofloral honey, light and clear in colour with a delicate floral taste. It is made from nectar collected from the white fragrant flowers of Acacia trees blooming in early spring in Spain.

Excellent for sweetening hot and cold drinks without altering their taste or aroma. Acacia honey takes longer to crystallise which makes it one of the most sought-after raw honey and as a kitchen staple.

Nutritional info

One tablespoon of raw honey is 60 calories, 17 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of sugar. It contains many amino acids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes, too.

The exact composition of raw honey varies depending on the plants the bees collected nectar from.
