The Spread Shelf | Raw Honey Bundle | The Raw Kitchen
Three raw honeys made for spreading, stirring and spooning. It brings together our hazelnut, cacao and rosehip and strawberry infused raw honeys, all raw, all unheated, and all built on the same simple idea: honey and one good ingredient, nothing else.
Made for anyone who wants a better spread on the table.
Key Benefits
✓ A creamy hazelnut spread, made from honey
Raw honey blended with hazelnut tahini. Nutty, rich and thick enough to hold on toast, and a natural swap for the chocolate spread in the cupboard.
✓ A properly chocolatey cacao honey
Raw honey and raw cacao, and nothing else. Dark, deep and satisfying, with no palm oil, emulsifiers or fillers behind it.
✓ A soft, gently fruity everyday honey
Our naturally creamy colza honey with rosehip and strawberry folded through. The mildest of the three, and usually the first jar the children reach for.
✓ Raw, unheated and simple
None of these honeys have been pasteurised or filtered into something lifeless. The ingredient list on each jar runs to two items.
✓ A limited batch
These three are coming off the shelf to make room for new stock, which is why the bundle is 30 percent off while it lasts.
The Protocol
Morning
- Spread any of the three onto warm toast or sourdough
- Stir a teaspoon through porridge or overnight oats
- Spoon over natural yoghurt with fruit
Afternoon
- Hazelnut on an apple slice or oatcake
- Cacao straight off the spoon when the 3pm slump lands
In the kitchen
- Swirl the rosehip and strawberry through yoghurt or a smoothie
- Stir the cacao honey into warm milk
A note on heat
Keep raw honey away from boiling water. It is raw because it has never been heated, and boiling it undoes the point of it. Warm, not bubbling.
Allergen information: contains hazelnut. Not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
