    A winner! Tastes great and I sleep better.

    I'll admit I'm a tea snob, so I only buy the best quality teas. For me this tea is a real winner and good value. It's not too herbal or floral, its just a well ballanced and light tea with complementary notes throughout. Its become a bit of a ritual to have a cup before I go to bed. I've noticed I feel more rested in the mornings and have a less disturbed nights sleep..... according to my smart-watch.

    I add a small teaspoon of the Black Seed Infused Honey to the tea as well. A great combination.

    This is one of the best herbal tea in my cupboard and has become family favourite. A teaspoon of Royal Jelly Honey apples the taste a hundred times. Will buy again and will also gift to loved ones!
