Add 1 to 2 tsp Unwind cacao to warm milk or water
Stir in 1 tsp colza blossom raw honey

A small serving of Unwind, or ½ tsp raw honey, during a busy moment

Great addition to night time routine

Great addition to any night time routine, leaves skin feeling soft and helps with sleep!

Lovely to hear the Ease balm has slotted into your evening routine so easily. That is really how it works best, as part of a consistent wind-down each night rather than something you reach for occasionally. Glad it is leaving your skin feeling soft too, the lavender and base oils do a lot of quiet work there alongside the magnesium.

Nice magnesium balm

I have only used Ease magnesium balm once but it smells good, rubs on easily (slightly grainy but the grains dissolve) and helped me have a good night's sleep. Its composition is similar to another balm I used that was discontinued so I'm pleased to have found this one.

Great to 'Unwind'

Really enjoyed this. Not your traditional raw cacao drink but that subtle earthy taste gives it that natural feel and i felt much more relaxed and a little sleep a little after drinking it.

Effective and smells lovely

Helps my child sleep!

Great product. I use it on my child's feet at night to help them sleep and works great. The cream can be a little gritty because of the magnesium flakes but doesnt take long for them to melt away.

Deep Sleep Balm

I don’t like the smell.
It’s very gritty recommends to apply to face but is more like a scrub. Leaves salt like particles in the bed which make it feel uncomfortable to get to sleep

The gritty texture comes from the natural magnesium flakes we use, which haven’t been diluted or mixed with water in order to keep the ingredients 100% natural and extend shelf life. These flakes are designed to dissolve when properly massaged into the skin, especially when applied to warm areas like the soles of the feet or over tight muscles.

While some customers may choose to apply it to the face, we actually recommend using it on the feet before bed to support sleep, or on areas of muscle tension to help ease aches. Applying it this way usually avoids any residue on bedsheets and delivers the best results.
