The Protocol

Morning (Daily)

  • Take 1 serving of Ironroot Shilajit (as per your product label)
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey ACV in warm water

Pre-Workout (Ideal)

  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey ACV for hydration + electrolytes

Post-Workout (Recovery)

  • ½ teaspoon bee pollen for amino acids + anti-inflammatory support

Duration

Use consistently for 4–8 weeks for best performance results. You can give the Shilajit a one week break after every 3-4 weeks.

Important Notes
