I've been taking the seamoss for over 9 months and have really seen an improvement in my energy levels and acne. I've only just started the Black seed oil but I have high hopes it will work well, as every product I have brought from the Raw Kitchen so far has worked wonders for me.

Love the orange blossom honey. A little goes a long way, and it's great for sweetening a warm water drink with the Heal and Renew Turmeric honey. Can definitely feel the effects as I'm not getting ill so often anymore :)
