The Protocol
Morning
- 1 tsp wildflower honey on an empty stomach
- A few grains of bee pollen, building slowly over 1 to 2 weeks towards 1 tsp
- ½ to 1 tsp black seed oil with or after food
Midday (optional)
- ¼ to ½ tsp bee pollen with food
Evening
- 1 tsp wildflower honey in warm water
- ½ tsp black seed oil if using twice daily
Duration
Enjoy daily as part of your routine through the season.

Love the blackseed oil from Raw Kitchen, it's the only one I can tolerate consuming, as the flavours of most are too strong and pungent, but this one is more spicy and lighter. I feel like it's so healthy alhamdulillah and aids my digestion.
